Do I Need to Make an Account to Shop?
No, creating an account is not mandatory to shop on Dukul. However, having an account makes your shopping experience easier, as you can track orders, save your addresses, and view your order history. Guests can also shop seamlessly without creating an account.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may choose to request a return or exchange after delivery as per our policy.
